Why book with The Liverpool Experience?
We operate standard and personalised tours, using vehicles and drivers licensed by Liverpool City Council. All tours provide you with a unique insight into "the Liverpool experience" in comfort and safety with a knowledgable guide.

Why should I buy stadium tour tickets in advance online?
Stadium tours (for Liverpool and Everton) are normally fully booked well in advance. Let us book in advance for you to avoid disappointment.

Can I change a tour after I have paid for it?
If you would like to make any changes to a tour - itinerary, number of people, timings or any other details - please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Where are the pick-up and drop-off points for tours?
We will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in Merseyside (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, St Helens and Wirral) at no extra cost. If you would like to be collected and returned to any point in the UK outside Merseyside, please contact us by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.

Are the tours suitable for children?
All tours are suitable for children over four years old. Children between the ages of four and twelve must have a booster seat or cushion supplied by the adult in charge of the child.

Do your vehicles have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, our vehicles cannot accommodate wheelchairs.
